Can I send my luggage by courier in advance?

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 23:00 / Check-out time is 10:00. Please contact us in advance if your check-in time will be after 23:00. If we do not hear from you, we may consider your reservation as cancelled.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Hotel guests can leave their luggage with us before check-in and after check-out, as well as during their stay on a remote island. You can return from one island, change your baggage at the hotel, and then go back to another island.
Please enjoy Yaeyama sightseeing with only the necessary baggage and no luggage. -

There is no curfew. However, the automatic entrance door is locked between 0:00 and 5:00. Please enter the building by holding your room card over the sensor next to the automatic door. When returning home or going out late at night, please leave your room key with you when you go out.

We do not provide transportation. Please come to the hotel by renting a car or using other modes of transportation. The bus terminal, the last stop for local buses, is right in front of the hotel.
