年末年始におけるGo To トラベル事業の取扱いについてお知らせ致します。

Below is a reprint of the announcement from the GoTo Travel website.

（１）新規・既存予約の取扱い

新規の予約・既存の予約を問わず、12月28日（月）0時から、令和３年1月11日（月）24時までに出発する本事業を利用した旅行については、特定の地域に関わらず、本事業の適用を一時停止します。
※なお、12月28日（月）以前に出発する旅行であっても、上記の期間を含む旅行については、本事業の適用を一時停止します。

（２）キャンセルの取扱い

（１）の既に予約済の本事業を利用した旅行について、12月14日（月） 20時から12月24日（木）24時までの間、無料でキャンセル可能とします。

We may contact customers who have made reservations during the applicable period to confirm their reservations.
