[Important] Apology and Advisory Regarding Unauthorized Access to the Reservation Management System and Suspicious Messages

Thank you very much for always choosing Ishigaki Island Hotel Kukuru.

TEMAIRAZU Co., Ltd. has announced that unauthorized access by a third party was detected in “TEMAIRAZU,” the reservation management system used by our facility to manage reservation information, and that some guest information may have been viewed or obtained by a third party.

We sincerely apologize for the considerable concern and inconvenience this has caused our customers.

[Reservations That May Be Affected]

Based on what we have confirmed so far, we have identified an issue where suspicious messages are being sent to customers for some reservations that meet the following criteria.

・Reservation Date: Reservations confirmed by September 21, 2026

・Stay Dates: Reservations for stays on or after September 21, 2026

Please note that, at this time, Mehanai Co., Ltd. is continuing to investigate the specific items of information and the scope of data that may have been viewed or obtained by third parties.

[Please Be Wary of Suspicious Messages]

Suspicious messages have been identified in which the senders pose as lodging facilities or booking sites and use messaging services such as WhatsApp and WeChat, as well as email and SMS, to request the following information:

・Asking you to enter or re-enter your credit card information for the purpose of confirming or finalizing a reservation
・Requesting urgent payment for reasons such as “to secure a room”
・Claiming that "the reservation was canceled" and requesting that you go through the process again or make another payment
・Requesting separate payment before arrival for reasons such as “to speed up check-in at the front desk”
・Encouraging users to visit suspicious websites
・In addition, requesting credit card information, personal information, or payment/money transfers in connection with hotel reservations

If you receive a message like this, please pay close attention to the following points.

・Do not open any URLs or links included in the message
・Do not enter credit card information or personal information
・Do not reply to suspicious messages
・Do not make payments or transfer money based on the instructions in the message

Our facility will never suddenly ask you to re-enter your credit card information or make an urgent payment or money transfer via email, WhatsApp, WeChat, SMS, or any other means.

If you need to verify your reservation details, please do not reply to suspicious messages or click on any links contained in them. Instead, please contact our facility directly or the official customer service desk of the emergency response center listed below or the booking site where you made your reservation.

[If You Accidentally Entered Your Credit Card Information]

In the unlikely event that you enter your credit card information or other details on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately to verify your card activity and discuss the necessary steps to take.

According to a statement released by Temairazu Co., Ltd., the “TEMAIRAZU” series does not handle credit card information, and no credit card information is stored within the system.
